Belek Golf Trip 2026 – Tournament, World-Class Courses and an Unforgettable Experience
Belek once again confirmed its status as one of Europe’s premier golf destinations. Organized by Simeunović Golf Concept, from February 14th to 21st, a group of 42 players from Serbia enjoyed a top-tier golf experience, competitive atmosphere, and outstanding playing conditions. The group was based at the luxurious Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa, offering participants the perfect combination of comfort, premium amenities, and immediate access to some of the finest golf courses in the region.
Organization and Playing Schedule
Upon arrival and gathering in the hotel lobby, participants were introduced to the playing schedule, which immediately set the tone for a dynamic and well-structured week. The opening round was played at Robinson Nobilis, followed the next day by the more technically demanding Cornelia Faldo course. The highlight of the week was the official tournament – the 3rd Simeunović Golf Academy Belek Invitational , held on Tuesday, February 17th, again at Robinson Nobilis, where players had the opportunity to test their form in competitive conditions.
The tournament gained additional significance thanks to valuable prizes provided by the general sponsor Luštica Bay, as well as official sponsors Milsped, Dogma Brewery, Miscela d’Oro Coffee, and Simeunović Golf Academy, further raising motivation and the level of play among all participants.
Competitive Peak at Robinson Nobilis
Robinson Nobilis once again proved to be a course that does not forgive mistakes. Precision off the tee, approach shot control, and consistency on the greens were key factors for achieving strong results. In such conditions, the tournament unfolded in a true sporting spirit, marked by positive energy, fair play, and a clear competitive drive.
An additional competitive dimension was introduced through the “Closest to the Pin” and “Longest Drive” challenges, which brought extra dynamics and excitement among the participants. While “Closest to the Pin” rewarded precision and touch on par 3 holes, “Longest Drive” highlighted power and technique off the tee. These disciplines further elevated the level of competition and player motivation, creating an even more engaging and attractive tournament atmosphere.
Faldo Course – Balance of Challenge and Enjoyment
The Cornelia Faldo course introduced a different character of play. Strategically placed hazards, demanding bunkers, and a diverse course layout required players to think ahead and carefully plan each shot. This combination of technical challenge and visual appeal is exactly what makes Faldo one of the most respected courses in Belek.
Night Golf and Rest Day
Wednesday was scheduled as a rest day, but a number of players took advantage of the opportunity to experience one of the most unique highlights of the trip – night golf at Regnum Carya. Playing under floodlights brings a completely different perspective and adds a new dimension to the game, which many participants described as one of the most memorable experiences of the trip.
Social Experience Beyond the Course
Beyond golf itself, a key aspect of the trip was the off-course atmosphere. Evenings were reserved for socializing, music, and karaoke, where players shared impressions, analyzed their rounds, and planned the days ahead—or simply relaxed after demanding rounds in the hotel’s well-equipped spa center. This blend of sport and social interaction is what truly defines the value of such events.
Ideal Conditions and Overall Impression
Weather conditions were nearly perfect—sunny days without rain allowed all planned rounds to be played without interruption. The trip was organized on the route Belgrade – Istanbul – Antalya, with smooth logistics and no significant challenges.
In the end, this golf trip once again confirmed that Belek is not just a destination, but a complete experience. Top-class courses, excellent organization, and a great group of people made this week a perfect combination of sport, enjoyment, and true golf spirit.
